I love this grey sleeveless winter dress so much I've worn it 3 times in the space of 5 days. Incredible right?

That's exactly what I thought when one of SA's favorite bloggers, Siki, from All thing's intriguing pulled of 30 days of 30 outfits, 10 items, 3 different ways. This just elucidated the fact that dressing up should be effortless, practical and versatile. I enjoyed Siki's outfits so much so that when I realized the many times I'd worn this dress was totally acceptable, instead now I'm gladly trying to come up with more reasons and different ways on why I find this dress so ridiculously practical and perfect.

picnic day

Anyone living in Johannesburg knows the winters here are indecisive. The early afternoons are warm but the mornings and evenings are REALLY cold. So these two outfits are ideas on how to use the same item on a two seasons in one kind of day, basically if the weather moves from cold to warm to cold again like I'm trying to get used to.
